Identity

In this collection, my work focusses on the loss of identity, specifically through the act of adoption and immigration. Through the exploration of these themes, I have produced several woven pieces which examine the way that cloth can be used as a metaphor for the emotions involved in the process of self discovery, through and beyond the grief of loss, and into healing and acceptance
